Police said Wednesday two men and two women have been arrested in the shooting that killed 29-year-old Ronald Anderson Jr. on Jan. 3.
Authorities identified the suspects as 21-year-old Michael Covington, 23-year-old Rashad Cheeseboro and Keyona Jones and Xylaca Devlin, both 18. Jones is from Magnolia, N.J., while the other three suspects live not far from the Philadelphia street where Anderson was killed.
Investigators believe Anderson was ambushed after being set up for the robbery.
A phone message left for Cheeseboro's attorney wasn't immediately returned. Online court records don't list lawyers for the other defendants.
