Adam's Nana Hannah's Swedish Pancakes
To serve two to three people:

4 Eggs
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
Dash or two of cinnamon
Dash of salt

Mix all in a bowl so there are no lumps. If you don't have a pan like my grandmother's, you can make small pancakes on a griddle. We always used homemade jelly and butter for the topping, but use whatever you like best. They are good even plain!

1) Always put your best foot forward. Be positive. First impressions really count.

2) When you go on a date - pay it forward. He may not be for you, but he may be good for someone else you know and vice versa.

3) When you are somewhere, be in the present. Don't be in Blackberry land or iphone heaven. He could be standing right next to you.

4) Call back and don't play games. There is no reason to wait a certain amount of time before returning a phone call or text. Show you are happy and available and willing to go out.

5) There is a big world out there so keep your options open. Except all introductions. Try online dating or a dating in another city if you can't meet someone here.

6) Use social networking. Friend a crush on facebook. In-box a long lost friend.

7) Play matchmaker to each other with a girlfriend. It's a lot easier to strike up conversation with a guy if you think he might be good for your girlfriend, but not your type.

8) Follow the opposite gender. Girls are at Lu Lu Lemon, yoga, and sushi restaurants. Guys are at Home Depot, the car wash, at steak houses, or at the gym lifting weights.
