The three vehicle crash occurred around 4:00 p.m. on Old Reading Pike and Grosstown Road.
Police say a Nissan Altima collided with a minivan and another car.
All four of the injured were in the Altima, including 7-year-old Naysa Felix and her 4-year-old brother Carlton.
Naysa was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital where she listed in stable condition.
Carlton Felix and their father John are being treated at West Reading Hospital. They are stable.
11-year-old William Felix was flown to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in stable condition.
