PHOTOS of 5-alarm Kensington warehouse fire

Flames broke out just before 3:15 a.m. Monday inside the abandoned Thomas Buck Hosiery Factory, located near the intersection of Jasper and York Streets in Philadelphia's Kensington section. It took firefighters approximately two hours to place the 5-alarm blaze under control. Two firefighters were killed and another two injured battling a fire inside a furniture store at the intersection of Kensington Avenue and E Boston Street, located adjacent to the burning warehouse. Fire officials suspect embers from the warehouse are to blame for the store fire.

The Action Cam was on the scene as Philadelphia firefighters battled a raging warehouse inferno early Monday morning.

Flames broke out just before 3:15 a.m. inside the abandoned Thomas Buck Hosiery Factory, located near the intersection of Jasper and York Streets.

Firefighters arrived on the scene to find heavy fire showing from all six floors of the warehouse with explosions coming from inside the building.
