The $5,000 per plate fundraiser will be at a private home in Bernardsville on April 25, according to an invitation obtained by The Associated Press.
Kyrillos is running against incumbent Democrat Sen. Bob Menendez, who has announced a June 1 fundraiser with former President Bill Clinton.
Kyrillos reported raising $1.75 million for the race through March 31. Menendez raised about the same amount, but now has a hefty $9.5 million on hand.
Romney has been busy fundraising for himself. He is seeking the Republican nomination to challenge President Barack Obama in November.
Kyrillos chaired the former Massachusetts governor's 2008 White House bid in New Jersey.
