The accident happened just after 9:30 p.m. on route 73 near Berlin Cross Keys Road in Berlin Township.
Police say a pickup truck and an SUV collided, knocking down a light pole.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated.
That person was taken to Cooper Medical Center with serious injuries.
Two others were also injured.
One was taken to Virtua Berlin and the other was taken to Virtua Voorhees.
Township police are investigating.
