The incident turned violent, police said, and Porrata pulled out a gun and fired.

Police say it appears a single shot killed one man and injured another. The man who was killed was identified as 36-year-old Franklin Parker. Police say he was sitting at a booth and was not involved.

Investigators say surveillance video shows Porrata was the only person who used a gun.

Porrata is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
