The fire was reported by neighbors just before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday at a home on the unit block of Bristol Way.
East Windsor officers were on the scene within minutes and were able to get everyone inside the burning home out safely.
The response quickly went to two alarms as flames spread to the garage area, setting a number of cars on fire.
Firefighters evacuated the building due to a partial collapse.
There are no reports of injuries. Fire officials are investigating the cause.
