Woman sought in Camden Co. bank robberies

WILLINGBORO, N.J. - June 26, 2012

It was around 9:00 a.m. when the woman walked into the Beneficial Bank branch, located on the 600 block of Beverly-Rancocas Road in Willingboro. She allegedly approached the counter and handed the bank teller a note demanding cash and stating that she was armed.

Then at 9:45 a.m. the woman struck again, this time at the Susquehanna Bank branch on the first block of the White Horse Pike in Audubon. Just as she did in the first robbery, the suspect approached the counter and demanded cash from the teller and stated she had a weapon.

In both instances the woman fled the scene in a tan or silver vehicle, believed to be a Buick or a Pontiac with the partial license place of X88-. Police also say there may have been a male driver.

The woman is described as wearing a light blue rain coat with a dark blue Ralph Lauren baseball hat.

Anyone with information on this person's identity is urged to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
