The fire was reported around 12:40 a.m. at Lower State Road and Horsham Road.
When firefighters arrived they found heavy fire and smoke coming from the roof of the building.
Numerous fire trucks could be seen from Chopper 6 as rescuers worked to bring the fire under control.
Officials tell Action News that there were workers on the roof at the time the fire started and may have accidentally started the fire.
One person was transported to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
