Police say 23-year-old Ryan A. Doneker and 24-year-old Gary P. Gray forcibly entered the unoccupied homes through doors and windows last week.
Once inside, the suspects allegedly took jewelry, electronics, and various weapons including shotguns.
Both suspects were located Friday at a Super 8 Motel in Milford.
Doneker attempted to flee and was taken into custody after a brief foot chase with police. Gray was apprehended without incident.
Police say they recovered evidence in the motel room, linking both men to the burglaries.
Doneker and Gray both face a total of 53 charges including Burglary Second Degree and Theft of Firearms.
Both men remain in custody at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center.
