It broke out before 8:00 a.m.at a large house in the 1000 block of Collings Avenue that had been divided into three apartments.
Crews arrived to find fire in a third floor apartment. It took them about 20 minutes to extinguish the blaze. No one was injured.
Authorities tell Action News no one was home when the fire broke out.
Investigators are working to determine the cause.
