Armed donut shop bandit caught on camera in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help identifying a gun-wielding donut shop bandit caught on camera.

It happened on November 17th at 11:30 p.m. at the Dunkin Donuts shop at 5001 Rising Sun Avenue.

Police say the suspect walked up to the counter and demanded money from the register.

Surveillance video shows him walking behind the counter to demand more money, then forcing store employees into a back room.

The man fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police have released the following description of the suspect:

Black male, 25-35 years-of-age, 6'3", thin build, beard, black hooded jacket with stripes on the sleeves, white shirt and dark colored jeans.
