Jeffrey Vipond, 64, of the unit block of Scarborough Drive in the Mill Creek Village Apartments, has not been seen since 11:00 p.m. Thursday.
Vipond is 6'1" tall, 200 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray/white hair. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
Police say his medical status is such that there is a real concern for his welfare.
This isn't the first time Vipond has vanished. In 2010, he was reported missing and was eventually found in Scranton, Pa.
