William Lewis, 34, and his girlfriend, Wendy Wheeler, 50, face drug and weapons charges.
Police say the two were arrested on Tuesday following an investigation that began back in January.
Detectives executed a search warrant at the couple's home in the unit block of Vandyke Drive in the community of Edgemoor Terrace.
Inside authorities allegedly found methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms, and manufacturing materials.
