Joseph Budick has been charged with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors.
Police say Budick sexually abused the girl between 2005 and 2008 while the victim was sleeping over at Budick's home on Shasta Road in Plymouth Township.
Budick was arraigned on Thursday and bail was set at $100,000, with the condition he not have contact with minors.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22nd.
