The accident happened shortly after 9:00 p.m. Monday.
Police say a 25-year-old woman lost control of her Honda Civic while traveling northbound along the inner lanes of the Boulevard.
The car slammed into a tree and the victim was ejected.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating what caused the woman to lose control of her vehicle.
Her name has not been released.
