Officials say a fire damaged the Bucks County Technical High School in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania early Friday morning.

The fire broke out around 12:45 a.m. on the 600 block of Wistar Road.

Firefighters arrived to heavy smoke showing from the exterior of the building.

They entered the building and focused on the metal and wood fabrication area.

The fire was contained to a wood dust collection area in the wood shop.

Officials say the blaze was placed under control within twenty minutes.

Fire crews ventilated the building with fans.

Fire officials say, as long as the fire alarm system is working, the school will be open.
