Police track a serial Wawa bandit and an A/C thief

March 29, 2014

They believe he has hit the location on the 6400 block of Bustleton Avenue five times since last October.

Surveillance video shows the suspect in the most recent incident, on January 13th.

"He's got that confidence in it, that he sees what's happening and knows when to strike and when not to," said Santo Montecalvo of the Citizens Crime Commission.

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and make an anonymous tip call to the crime commission.

"People have to know who he is," said Montecalvo. "They've just got to pick up the phone. It's a $25,000 reward."

All you have to do is call 215-546-TIPS.

The crime commission and the Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department are trying to identify another suspect.

They believe the man is responsible for stealing a 7-and-a-half-ton York air conditioning unit from the Valtech Corporation on the 2100 block of Sanatoga Station Road last April.

There is a $3,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

In both cases all you have to do is call 215-546-TIPS.
