LINDENWOLD, New Jersey (WPVI) -- If you play the Powerball lottery in New Jersey, check your tickets because there is a new millionaire in the Garden State!

New Jersey Lottery officials announced Tuesday that a Powerball jackpot ticket worth $222.6 million was sold in Lindenwold, Camden County.

The drawing was held on June 10 and the winning numbers were 3, 10, 33, 58, 59, and Powerball 9. The Powerplay was 2x.

The cash value is worth $104.7 million, according to the Powerball website.

So far, officials say the winner has not come forward, but they have one year to do so.

The winning ticket was sold at the Preet Food Mart on Chews Landing Road. Preet Food Mart will be presented with a $30,000 bonus check on Tuesday for selling the winning ticket.

The owners of the store who sold the winning ticket say they're happy for their customer, who now is entitled to a life-changing amount of money.

"I feel lucky, very lucky to sell that jackpot today," said Harish Patel, who sold the winning ticket.

He says the winner is a regular customer who usually buys a quick pick.

"The lottery representative came over here and checked the camera and I see the person and I know him for a very, very long time. He's a silent guy, a nice human being," Patel said.

"I'm happy, I'm happy for the guy. We're excited, one of my stores got lucky," said Tejinder Singh, co-owner of Preet Food Mart.

The winner reportedly chose the cash option. After state and federal taxes, it should come out to roughly $71 million.

Some people had advice for the new millionaire.

"Take a look at your ticket. Sign the back of it because it's a tiny little piece of paper. Take a picture of it. Put it somewhere safe," advised James Carey, executive director of the New Jersey Lottery.

Regular customers at the food mart are excited by the news, including workers at the day care next door.

"A lot of our staff members buy the scratch-offs and a lot of our parents come over there so I was like, 'Oh man! Is one of our parents the winner?'" noted Deseri Monte from Blackwood.

"After that, I'm about to go buy another ticket right now!" laughed Greg Mitchell from Sicklerville.

Monday's drawing is the second-largest winning lottery ticket sold in the state this year.

Back in March, someone bought a $1.1 billion ticket in Neptune Township, New Jersey.
