1 dead, another injured following shooting in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One man has died, and another is hospitalized after being shot in North Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Saturday on the 3600 block of North 5th Street.

Police say a 26-year-old man was shot multiple times, and died at the scene.

A second victim, a 33-year-old man, arrived at Temple University Hospital with a gunshot wound to the right leg.

He is in stable condition.

No weapons or suspects have been identified.
