MINNEAPOLIS, Minn (WPVI) -- People experiencing the Super Bowl LII matchup between the Eagles and Patriots in Minneapolis had to endure temperatures in the single digits and wind chills well below zero ahead of the game on Sunday, February 4, 2018.
