How would you like to get paid to drive?
There are several legitimate companies that will pay you hundreds of dollars per month to work as a 'moving billboard.'
It's called 'wrap advertising' and it involves letting a business place logos on your car.
For example, Advercar is paying at least 25 drivers in Eau Claire, Wisconsin $100 per month to advertise for McDonald's.
All they had to do was maneuver a few roadblocks.
"The first thing they have to have is a car that is 2007 or newer. They have to live and/or work in the area the advertiser is targeting. If that's a match, then we run a background check and we do a little safety training," said Advercar driver Traci Regis Olson.
In addition to restrictions on the age of your car, drivers must also agree to install or use a GPS monitoring system.
Most of the top companies have a one strike, you're out policy when it comes to road rage of render benders.
Unfortunately, because the 'get paid to drive' industry is very popular, it's been an easy target for scammers.
