Nineteen-year-old Romeo Dev is only 2' 9" tall and weighs 21 pounds.
The Guinness Book of World Records has named him the world's smallest body builder.
He says he's probably the world's strongest dwarf as well.
Romeo trains with custom-made 3.3 pound dumbbells, which is the equivalent of a 150 pound person training with 25 pound dumbbells.
