Man charged in Saturday shooting in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del., (AP) - June 30, 2008 New Castle County police have charged 19-year-old Houston Caesar with first-degree assault. He turned himself in Monday morning.

Investigators say the shooting occurred Saturday when the victim, a 38-year-old man, intervened in a argument between Caesar and his girlfriend's son. The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital in stable condition.
