First it was Bertha and now it's Tropical Storm Cristobal that's stirring the surf from Sandy Hook to Cape May.

The National Weather Service says there is a moderate risk of rip currents Monday.

Forecasters say waves in the surf zones will be 3 or 4 feet. Swimmers should use caution.

Rip currents are usually more numerous when the tide is going out. This will occur approximately between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m.
