A judge has ruled Meleanie Hain can have her concealed weapon permit back.
A sheriff revoked the permit after parents complained Hain was carrying a loaded pistol in a holster at her daughter's soccer game.
While the Lebanon County judge said the law required that he reinstate the carry permit, he questioned whether Hain showed good judgment.
The pistol-packing mama says she and her gun will be back at the games.
