Police Public Affairs have identified the two victims as 18 and 19-year-old males.
The 18-year-old victim, identified as Terrance Davis of Folsom Street in Mantua, was shot in the hip and was pronounced dead at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania just after 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Davis had just graduated from army boot camp and had just returned home that very day when he was killed.
Southwest Detectives say the 19-year-old was shot in the hip and neck and remains in critical condition.
Detectives have confirmed that the victims were not students.
No arrests have been made at this time.
