The couple live in Nashville, Tennessee. Huffman plays in a rock band; Dugan devotes her time to a women's ministry.
Their video submission was among four finalists selected by judges. The convention bureau says more than 35,000 people viewed the final videos online and voted for the winner.
The couple grew up not far from each other in upstate South Carolina, but didn't meet until they competed on "Survivor."
