Tuition offered to unemployed in Lehigh Co.

BETHLEHEM - December 2, 2008 Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, is offering the unemployed, free tuition.

But you have to be a resident of Northampton or Monroe Counties.

Those who were laid off or lost their jobs because their employer closed up shop, can take up to 12 free credits in a career program beginning in the spring.

The waiver can only be used once.
