44-year-old Michael Brancolino of Trenton is still being sought.
Police say the African Senegal parrot was taken Saturday around 1:00 p.m. by Silvero and Brancolino from Todd Marcus Birds Exotic and the theft was recorded by store cameras.
Police say that Silvero returned the bird today then surrendered.
The men are suspected of shoplifting at a liquor store, as well.
