Del. prosecutor facing DUI arrested again
BEL AIR, Md. (AP) - December 20, 2008 A sheriff's deputy found Donald R. Roberts in the backyard of a
Bel Air home Dec. 4 and noted a "pungent smell of alcohol" coming
from the prosecutor, according to Harford County District Court
records. Roberts' attorney, Joe Hurley, said his client was
confused and thought he was going into a house where he had been
staying.
