Del. prosecutor facing DUI arrested again

BEL AIR, Md. (AP) - December 20, 2008 A sheriff's deputy found Donald R. Roberts in the backyard of a Bel Air home Dec. 4 and noted a "pungent smell of alcohol" coming from the prosecutor, according to Harford County District Court records. Roberts' attorney, Joe Hurley, said his client was confused and thought he was going into a house where he had been staying.

Attorney General Beau Biden had named Roberts to head the state's Child Predator Unit, but he was removed from that post following the October accident.
