Power outage closes Toys R Us, businesses - Philadelphia News

On Sunday afternoon around 4:40 p.m., a power outage caused the Toys R Us and area businesses on Cottman Avenue to close. PECO says that there were underground wiring problems on Horrack Street that caused the outage.

They say that there were about 60 customers without power and most were commercial.

Parts of the Roosevelt Mall were in the dark.

Power was restored at around 5:40 p.m.
