Man critical after overnight shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - December 30, 2008 The shooting happened at about 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of 23rd and Edgley Streets.

Witnesses say the suspect was seen wearing a dark colored jacket and rode off on a bicycle toward Van Pelt Street.

The unidentified victim is listed in critical condition.
