The fire broke just before 8:00 on the 5900 block of Agusta Street.
The fire was showing on the second floor when crews arrived to the scene. But they were able to quickly gain the upper hand on the blaze.
Medic 12 transported one firefighter, a 48-year-old male, to Einstein Medical Center in stable condition after he fell at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
The fire was brought under control shortly after 8:00.
