It all started around 12:15 Friday morning when a car went out of control at 8th Street near Erie Avenue.
The vehicle slammed into the rear of a DHS van that was double-parked on 8th Street.
The force of the crash overturned the car.
The two people in that car were taken to Temple University Hospital.
They are in stable condition.
There were no other reports of injuries.
Police are trying to determine what caused the car to go out of control.
