Charges dropped against Kanye West
LOS ANGELES (AP) - October 26, 2009
A court commissioner has dismissed misdemeanor charges against West and his manager.
They were arrested in September 2008 after they got into a scuffle with two
photographers and allegedly broke their camera equipment.
