Charges dropped against Kanye West

LOS ANGELES (AP) - October 26, 2009 A court commissioner has dismissed misdemeanor charges against West and his manager. They were arrested in September 2008 after they got into a scuffle with two photographers and allegedly broke their camera equipment.

Gossip site TMZ broadcast footage of the incident. West's lawyer says he and his manager have already completed anger management classes.
