At around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Philadelphia police were called out to the report of a shooting at the intersection of Bingham Street and Carver Street.
When they arrived they found a man in his 20's was shot in the lower back.
The man was rushed to Einstein Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.
There is no word on suspects at this time.
