Authorities in Lackawanna County say the joint investigation with state police and the FBI could result in another wave of arrests.
First Assistant District Attorney Gene Talerico says investigators began raiding the homes of suspects around 7 a.m. Tuesday. Two men turned themselves in. Talerico says investigators are still searching for two other men.
Three of the men arrested have previously faced sex crime charges.
