Police say two vehicles collided just after 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Route 1 and Thornton Road.
A female is in extremely critcial condition. A male driver has been taken to the hospital.
There is no word on what caused the crash but a state police accident reconstruction team is on site leading the investigation.
