Police: Student from NJ killed in Del.

Authorities say a 19-year-old college student has been struck and killed by a minivan in Dover.

Dover police identified the victim as Julia DeFelice, a student at Wesley College and a resident of Tinton Falls, N.J.

Police spokesman Lt. Daniel McKeown says DeFelice was struck by a minivan at the intersection of N. Governors Avenue and William Street about 4:20 p.m. Friday. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

McKeown says they are still investigating.
