New York state troopers report a 12-year-old girl called 911 while her mother was driving to say she was drunk.
According to State Police, Jamie Hicks was stopped near Brewster with her two children in the car.
Troopers charge Hicks had a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.
It's a felony in New York State to drive drunk with minors in a vehicle.
Hicks was released on $2,000 bond and is due back in court next month.
