Monday is first of 10 furlough days ordered by Mayor Lorenzo Langford to help balance the budget. The furlough does not include the police and fire departments
City Hall, the Atlantic City Free Public Library and other government-run buildings will reopen Tuesday.
The next furlough day will be Aug. 16.
