Police: Man forces wife's car off road after fight

DELMAR, Del. (AP) - August 15, 2010

Police say 36-year-old Roland Parsons II and his wife fought at a party on Saturday night and he left without her. Parsons' wife went home to collect her belongings and their children to stay somewhere else, but he returned just as they were leaving.

Police say Parsons sped past the woman's car then struck the front of the car with the side of his pickup truck. Three children, ages 12, 9 and 5 were in the car, but were not injured.

Parsons was charged with four counts of reckless endangering, terroristic threatening and offensive touching and is being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on $22,000 cash bond.
