It happened around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of 6th and Lehigh in North Philadelphia.
Police were pursuing the stolen vehicle when it crashed.
Two people were in the stolen car, while two others were in the other car.
All were taken to Temple University Hospital with neck and back pain.
