Scouts go from tents to a castle

MERRIFIELD, Minn. (AP) - September 13, 2010

There's a medieval-style castle in the woods of central Minnesota.

The local Boy Scout Council spent $1.7 million to build Miller Castle.

It's got towers, murals of knights and dragons and even a suit of armor.

Boy Scout officials say the building started as a storm shelter for the scout camp but became much more.

Non-scouts will get a chance to see the12,000-square-foot castle during a medieval fair in early November.
