It happened around 3:30 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Spur Road in Hilltown Township.
Investigators say the fire started in an attached business and spread from there.
It took more than an hour for rescuers to place the fire under control.
The Red Cross is assisting the people who were evacuated.
There were no reports of injuries.
