NJ man gets 25-year term in boarding house slaying

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - November 5, 2010

Forty-eight-year-old Dwayne Johnson must serve 85 percent of the term imposed Friday before becoming eligible for parole.

Johnson had pleaded guilty in August to aggravated manslaughter in connection with the November 2008 of Andre Miller, who was beaten in the head with the bat and also sustained stab wounds in the attack.

A motive for the incident has not been disclosed.
