Body may be that of missing Del. man

SEAFORD, Del. (AP) - December 3, 2010

The body was found Wednesday afternoon and turned over the state medical examiner for identification. Foul play is not suspected.

Police say a homeowner saw the body along the river bank.

Authorities say Paul Collins of Seaford was last seen by his wife on Nov. 10.
