The crash happened just before 1:30 p.m. at Ogontz and Godfrey avenues.
The officers were responding to a call when they struck a civilian vehicle while traveling through the intersection.
Two officers and one civilian were transported to Einstein hospital.
All three are in stable condition.
The names of those involved have not yet been released.
